The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the product to cancel the purchase, provided that he has not used the product, it is returned in unopened and original packaging. The purchase and shipment of these products is handled by Scandinavian Innovations S.L. (CIF B75462523), which handles shipments for the Nordic market on behalf of Riba Mundo Tecnología, one of Europe's leading electronics companies. If you wish to cancel your order without charge, you must do so before the product is shipped (usually within 24 hours). After the product has been shipped, shipping costs and customs duties will be charged if you cancel the purchase. The product must also be in its original and unopened packaging when it is sent back to our facilities in Spain. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned product and the cancellation request being approved. Warranty and Support If the product is found to be damaged, you can contact FAO ehf for assistance with the warranty process. Products shipped by Scandinavian Innovations have a 3-year warranty.
