The second generation of Google Nest Hub is coming to tunglskin. This new media hub and voice assistant will replace the alarm clock for two reasons: it is the perfect size for your bedside table and it has a built-in sleep sensor. It will analyse your breathing, movement and sounds while you are resting and show you the results in the morning. Or at any time of the day with a simple "Hey Google, how did I sleep tonight?" Have you ever wanted to know why you're so tired in the morning? Now you can.
Compatibility with the entire Google ecosystem
Plus, you'll be able to use it with all Google compatible devices. For example, the Google Fit app will allow you to check your sleep data from anywhere and get practical advice on how to improve the things you want to. Or you can turn the light on and off, watch Netflix or any of the TV and film apps and send an email, all by voice. You can connect them via wifi, but it is also compatible with Chromecast to send images from your smartphone directly to your screen.
7-inch touchscreen, speaker and microphone
On its 7-inch panel with 1024x600 px resolution and touch control, the Google Nest Hub 2Gen will allow you to see statistics, routines, the weather, your daily schedule when you wake up... Add to this that you can configure apps such as Spotify or Netflix. In addition, it integrates a 40 mm driver and a 1.7 inch speaker, which will give 50% more bass than the first Nest Hub. Pair it with other Nest speakers and displays to communicate with each other so you can listen to the song you want in every room and have the same one playing throughout the house.
Gesture and voice control
Just got out of the shower and want to play your favourite song while you get ready? Just ask Google. Say "Hey Google" and you'll start using your new Google Nest Hub 2Gen. Or, with its Quick Gestures feature, the screen will detect the movement of your hand with its Soli sensor with Motion Sense and you can control it without touching it. All this with a simple Charcoal Black design that fits in any corner or bedside table.

Finally, your privacy will be safer because you can turn off the microphone on the new Google Nest Hub 2Gen. And, so that no one can know what you've asked Google, you can delete the Google Assistant at any time. You'll be safer.
